Returns and Exchanges

Guarantee and Return Policy:

Sunshine Christine takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. It is very important to us that you are both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us.

 

Process a Return by mail

Accordingly, if the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 7 days upon receipt to set up your RMA for return of your unused (eligible) merchandise in unopened package for a prompt refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding the shipping fee. You may exchange an (eligible) item within 21 days upon receipt for another item or store credit.  Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RMA being generated.

Eligible eeturns received by mail will be processed after customer service has inspected your items and confirms that they are in original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered at our location for your return to be processed.

Return Merchandise Authorization

All eligible returns processed by mail must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Packages received without a Return Authorization number will NOT be accepted. There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without it original invoice/receipt.

We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

 

Process a Return in Store

Eligible returns can be processed in person at 2300 N. Stanton Street El Paso, Texas 79902  By appointment only! Text or Call 915-996-0446.  You may return an eligible item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You may exchange an eligible item within 21 days upon receipt for another item or store credit.

 

Time to Process refund

If you paid by credit card, then your card will be credited when Sunshine Christine has received and processed your return, typically, within 7 business days. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. We will email you to inform you that we have received the return, and that your refund has credited.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.


Sale Items

No refunds , exchanges or store credit on SALE ITEMS.


Altered or Custom Clothing

A Garment is non-returnable and non-exhangeable once alterations have been made to it.

Garments that are custom made for an individual are also non-returnable and non-exhangeable.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not refundable.


Vintage Clothing

Vintage and upcycled items purchased are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit.


Swimsuit Policy

 Swimsuit items purchased are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit.


Underwear Policy

Underwear and intimates items purchased are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit.
